Description
An arm and backrest in vegan leather, made to fit selected by Crea steel bar stools and chairs. Available in nine colours: Jade black, Chocolate, Coffee bean, Taupe, Latte, Sand, Light grey, Ivory and White. The leather is rated to 300,000 Martindale and wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Made in our own factory in Malmö and covered by our 10-year warranty. Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves our factory in Malmö, Sweden.
Delivery time
Orders across Europe are delivered by UPS, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on this page.
Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 30 to 90 EUR per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount in your own currency before anything is collected.
Custom orders
Anything configured through Design Your Own, with custom dimensions, finishes or materials, is produced specifically for your order and is not eligible for return. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.
