FAQ

What material samples are available?

by Crea® offers samples of fabrics, wood finishes, frame colours, and stone surfaces. These samples represent the exact materials used in final production and are intended to help confirm colour, texture, and surface behaviour before ordering furniture.

Why should I order material samples before buying furniture?

Material samples allow you to evaluate materials in your own environment, under your lighting conditions and alongside existing furniture, floors, and walls. Screen images cannot accurately represent colour tone, texture, or reflectivity. Samples reduce uncertainty and help ensure that the final product fits your space and expectations.

Do material samples match the final production materials?

Yes. All samples are taken from the same materials and finishes used in production. While natural materials may show slight variation, the samples accurately represent colour range, texture, and surface quality to support confident decision-making.

Are material samples refundable?

No. Material samples are not refundable, as they are produced and handled individually. Their purpose is to reduce the risk of incorrect material choices on larger furniture orders, where changes or returns are more complex.
