Screen images cannot accurately represent colour tone, texture, or reflectivity. Samples reduce uncertainty and help ensure that the final product fits your space and expectations.

Yes. All samples are taken from the same materials and finishes used in production. While natural materials may show slight variation, the samples accurately represent colour range, texture, and surface quality to support confident decision-making.

No. Material samples are not refundable, as they are produced and handled individually. Their purpose is to reduce the risk of incorrect material choices on larger furniture orders, where changes or returns are more complex.
