Yes. Height confirmation is one of the most common reasons customers contact by Crea®.

Only two standard heights exist:

• 66 cm (26 in)
• 76 cm (30 in)

Any other height always requires a Design Your Own order. This cannot be adjusted after purchase.

Orders go into production only after payment confirmation. Once production has started:

• custom height orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled
