The Bazo Outdoor Daybed is constructed from fully welded stainless steel with a black powder coat finish. Welded joints eliminate the mechanical fittings and moving parts that weaken over time in outdoor conditions. The sleeping surface is built from Grade A teak slats. Teak is naturally oil-rich and resists moisture, UV light, and rot without treatment. Left untreated it develops a silver-gray patina over time. Teak oil applied once or twice a season preserves the original warm tone.
The sun canopy and cushions are made from Esquire Marble, a 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric by Agora. The color is fixed into the fiber during production, not printed on the surface. Esquire Marble carries a UPF 50+ rating, blocks UV radiation, and is OEKO-TEX certified. The fabric is water repellent, anti-stain, and dries quickly after rain. It does not require seasonal retreatment. Two full-length cushions and two round pillows are included.
