Description
Kenny is a low outdoor lounge chair on a fully welded stainless steel frame, powder-coated black, with a weatherproof mesh seat and back and an included cushion in Sunproof Fontelina olefin, colour Oat. Handmade in Sweden for terraces, pool decks and gardens.
The mesh is the part that makes it an outdoor chair rather than an indoor one moved outside. It carries you structurally, ventilates, and drains water the moment it lands, so nothing sits in the seat after a shower. The cushion on top is solution-dyed olefin, which means the colour runs through the fibre instead of sitting on the surface: it holds its tone through a season of direct sun and lifts off when you want it stored. Every fastening is stainless, so nothing can bleed a rust stain onto the frame or the terrace beneath it.
Designed by Alexandra Pettersson and welded in our own factory in Malmö. Kenny is 66,5 cm wide with a 53 cm seat depth, a seat height of 38 to 48 cm and armrests at 49 cm, standing 62 cm tall. It carries 200 kg. The cushion is included. Covered by our 10-year warranty and built to be repaired rather than replaced, with spare parts available long after purchase.

Durability & Certifications
Care & Maintenance
Frame
Wipe with a microfiber cloth, lukewarm water and a normal cleaning agent. Refrain from using too acidic solutions as this will fade out the outer protection of the powder-coat.
Wood
Clean down with a microfibercloth, lukewarm water and a very neutral washing agent. Do NOT use acidic solutions.
Our Oak furniture is lacquered with an industrial lacquer that will fade over time. It is a protective layer. By using acidic solutions you will be removing this protection.
NEVER leave metal pans, pots or candleholders on top of an oak top. Oak naturally has tannic acids that will leave a black round mark if you leave metal objects on the surface.
Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves our factory in Malmö, Sweden.
Delivery time
Orders across Europe are delivered by UPS, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on this page.
Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 30 to 90 EUR per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount in your own currency before anything is collected.
Custom orders
Anything configured through Design Your Own, with custom dimensions, finishes or materials, is produced specifically for your order and is not eligible for return. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.
FAQ
Yes. The Sunproof Fontelina olefin cushion comes with the chair. It lifts off for drying or winter storage.
Yes. The frame is powder-coated stainless steel rated for permanent outdoor exposure, the mesh is weatherproof, and every fastening is stainless so nothing can rust-stain the frame or the surface under it.
It is the structural seat and back. Sauleda Relax outdoor mesh carries your weight, ventilates, and drains water instantly, so the chair dries after rain instead of holding it.
Very little. The olefin is solution-dyed, so the colour runs through the fibre rather than sitting on the surface, and it holds a weathering fastness of 7 to 8 on the eight-point scale.
Mild soap and warm water on a cloth. The fabric is water repellent and dries quickly, so rain needs no action at all.
Yes. Take the cushion off, wash it cool on a gentle cycle and let it air dry rather than tumble drying, which is all olefin asks for.
