Description
Powder-coated steel frame samples in Black, White, Beige and Taupe. Order the shade you are considering, or all four. Each is coated on the same line, with the same powder, as the frames under our chairs, stools and tables.
Frame colour is the hardest thing to judge from a photograph. Beige and Taupe in particular are chameleons. Against a pale oak floor they warm up; against concrete they cool down and read almost grey.
If you are choosing a frame and a fabric together, order both. They arrive in the same envelope, and holding them touching is the only honest test of the pairing.

Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves our factory in Malmö, Sweden.
Delivery time
Orders across Europe are delivered by UPS, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on this page.
Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 30 to 90 EUR per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount in your own currency before anything is collected.
Custom orders
Anything configured through Design Your Own, with custom dimensions, finishes or materials, is produced specifically for your order and is not eligible for return. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.

Four: Black, White, Beige and Taupe. Each is powder-coated on the same steel, in the same line, as our furniture frames.
Yes. Same powder coat, same process, so the colour and surface texture you see are what arrives on the frame.
Frame colour is the hardest thing to judge on a screen. Beige and Taupe in particular read very differently against a warm floor than a cool one.
Order both together. Frame and fabric samples ship in the same envelope, and seeing them touching is the only way to judge the pairing.
Wipe with a microfibre cloth, lukewarm water and a mild cleaner. Avoid acidic solutions, which strip the outer protective layer of the powder coat.
Samples are dispatched from our factory in Malmö and arrive within one to two working days.
