The Carl bar stool with armrest brings together classic Scandinavian design and solid wooden craftsmanship. A natural fit for modern kitchens, dining islands and relaxed hangouts.
Made from FSC-certified solid wood, it’s available in four finishes—natural oak, dark stained oak, whitewashed oak or black. Choose between a smooth wooden seat or a soft bouclé cushion.
With its gently rounded details and supportive armrests, Carl is built for comfort and everyday use. For comfort and flow, leave 23–26 cm between the seat and counter, and space each stool about 50–60 cm apart.

Carl is designed for counter-height use and provides supportive seating through its armrests and upholstered seat. It works well in kitchens where stools are used frequently throughout the day rather than only occasionally.
The greige bouclé upholstery is suitable for daily residential use but benefits from regular care due to its textured surface. Combined with the solid oak frame, the stool is built for long-term durability and covered by a 10-year warranty.
This is a bestseller configuration with fixed seat height and upholstery. Custom heights or finishes are available through Design Your Own.
Carl is designed and manufactured by by Crea in its own factory in Malmö, Sweden, and sold exclusively through by-crea.com.
