Description
Kent is a steel armchair with a deep seat and full-height back cushions, here in Ivory Dolly bouclé on black steel, handmade in Sweden for reading corners and slow evenings.
The sharpest version of Kent's idea: bright soft cushions floating in a thin black frame. The contrast makes it a corner piece that looks almost sculptural until someone sits down and stays. The bouclé is claw-safe tested and OEKO-TEX certified, and the frame needs only a damp cloth.
Like every by Crea original, Kent is designed by Alexandra Pettersson and fully welded from raw Swedish steel in our Malmö factory, and it arrives fully assembled. It carries 200 kg, the warranty runs ten years, and repair beats replacement here, with spare parts available long after purchase. Full dimensions sit in the dropdown below. Care & Maintenance
Fabric
Wipe down with a microfiber cloth, lukewarm water and neutral washing detergent. Do not use ph acidic or basic solutions like acetone or bleach.
Frame
Wipe with a microfiber cloth, lukewarm water and a normal cleaning agent. Refrain from using too acidic solutions as this will fade out the outer protection of the powder-coat.

FAQ
For the vegan leather, wipe with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. On bouclé and velvet, blot spills straight away and dab gently with lukewarm water rather than scrubbing. The powder-coated steel frame needs only a damp cloth.
Yes. We do not offer a re-covering service, but every cushion can be bought separately and swapped yourself. A worn or marked cushion never means a new armchair, and it also lets you change the fabric later if the room changes.
No. Kent comes in neutral tones that sit happily beside a grey, brown or black sofa without matching it. A contrasting armchair often looks more considered than a matching one, which is why Greige and Ivory are our most popular choices.

Yes. The deep seat and full-height back cushions are made for long reading rather than a quick perch, and they rest on a welded steel frame that is weight-tested in our Malmö factory. Prefer the same seat in solid oak? Look at the Einar.
Yes. Order free material samples of every fabric and colour, or a single test armchair with free returns, and judge the texture and tone in your own light before you decide.
Ten years. Each Kent is welded, powder-coated and upholstered in our own factory in Malmö, Sweden, inspected by hand before shipping, and every seat is rated for a maximum load of 200 kg (440 lbs).
