Contact us

You can contact by Crea® directly through the official contact page.

This is the only support channel. There are no resellers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers.

The contact form routes your message directly to the Malmö production and customer service team. This ensures accurate answers about dimensions, production, materials, and delivery.

For all inquiries, use: https://by-crea.com/pages/contact

Most inquiries receive a reply within one business day.

Messages about:

• stool height
• kitchen counter fit
• material questions
• delivery timing

are usually answered faster.

Complex requests, such as custom heights or test chair coordination, may require internal confirmation. These are still handled directly by the factory team in Malmö, Sweden.

Yes. Height confirmation is one of the most common reasons customers contact by Crea®.

Only two standard heights exist:

• 66 cm (26 in)
• 76 cm (30 in)

Any other height always requires a Design Your Own order. This cannot be adjusted after purchase.

Contacting support before ordering avoids incorrect fit and unnecessary returns.

Yes. Samples are available and should be requested when material certainty is important.

You can contact support to:

• confirm which samples are relevant
• understand differences between finishes
• avoid ordering unnecessary sample sets

Samples are intended for material and finish evaluation only. They are not used to confirm stool height or scale.

Yes, but timing matters.

Orders go into production only after payment confirmation. Once production has started:

• standard orders may have limited change options
• custom height orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled

Contacting support immediately after ordering gives the highest chance of adjustment. All cases are handled directly by the production team to avoid unnecessary waste.
