Please note: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Many by Crea pieces are made to order based on your selected height, frame colour, wood finish, fabric, cushion or other individual choices. We will review your request according to our withdrawal policy and contact you by email.
