Shipping & Returns

Made in Sweden

Every piece is welded, coated, finished and upholstered in our own factory in Malmö, Sweden. Our bestselling configurations are held in limited stock: in stock, a piece ships within the dispatch window on its product page; sold out, we build yours to order first. A Design Your Own piece goes into production once your configuration is confirmed, and its production time is on the product page.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves the factory.

Delivery time

Orders across Europe are delivered by UPS, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. In the United States, pieces in stock at our warehouses in North Carolina and California ship from there by UPS; everything else, including Design Your Own pieces, cushions and samples, ships from Malmö. For a dining table to a US address, ask us in the chat before you order. Made-to-order pieces are produced first, and that time is shown on the product page.

Assembly

Bar stools, chairs, armchairs, benches, bedside tables, indoor coffee tables and candle holders arrive fully assembled; on Thomas and Tom you only put the glass on. Dining tables arrive with the top finished and the legs packed flat beside it, and outdoor coffee tables with top and frame packed separately: 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver. The Hedvig teak bench comes flat-packed with 8 bolts, and the Kenny and Arvid lounge chairs come partly assembled.

Try it at home: bar stools and dining chairs

Order one ready-made bar stool or chair before you order the rest, indoor or outdoor. Live with it for up to 14 days, and if it is not right for you, email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we take it back with a free return. That covers comfort and build, not the wrong seat height or a change of color, which is what our free samples are for. Design Your Own is not included.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you: it is what UPS charges to carry that piece between our US warehouse and your address, which is usually more than the shipping you paid at checkout. We confirm the exact amount in dollars before anything is collected.

Design Your Own

A piece configured with custom dimensions or height, or in a finish and material combination we do not keep in stock, is built for that one order and cannot be returned. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.

Cushions and accessories

Cushions and accessories are stocked and ship without waiting on production. Unused, they can be returned within 14 days; shipping both ways is paid by you.
