Description
A fabric swatch from by Crea is cut from the same roll we upholster with. Nineteen colorways across five materials: vegan leather in nine tones, bouclé in three, velvet in four, Outdoor Olefin in two and Agora Panama in Marble. Each one is cut and sent from our factory in Malmö.
Screens lie about color. A warm white on a phone can read gray in a north-facing room, and bouclé's texture never survives a photograph at all. Holding the fabric against your own floor, in your own light, morning and evening, is the only way to know.
Order as many as you need. There is no minimum, no subscription, and nothing to return. Most people compare three to five before committing to a chair or a bench. When you are ready, the same roll is waiting.

Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves our factory in Malmö, Sweden.
Delivery time
Orders to the United States are delivered by UPS, normally 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on this page.
Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 35 to 100 USD per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount before anything is collected.
Custom orders
Anything configured through Design Your Own, with custom dimensions, finishes or materials, is produced specifically for your order and is not eligible for return. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.

Look at it in daylight and again under lamplight. Pale tones like Sand and Ivory move the most, and that shift is what you will live with every evening.
