Description
The Signe cushion is cut for the Signe outdoor dining chair and nothing else. It measures 50 × 52 cm and is 5 cm thick, sitting flush inside the arms so the chair keeps the single continuous line the frame was drawn for.
The cover is Sunproof Fontelina olefin in Oat or Dusk, 100% solution-dyed at 357 g/m². The color runs through the fiber rather than sitting on the surface, which is why it holds a weathering fastness of 7 to 8, is tested to 1,500 hours of weatherability, rates 4 to 5 against pool and sea water, and carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and UV Standard 801. Inside is high-density outdoor foam that keeps its shape and lets moisture pass rather than holding it.
Velcro strips on the underside hold it to the chair frame, so it sits flush and does not shift. The cover unzips and machine washes cool on a gentle cycle, then air dries. With the cushion fitted the seat sits at roughly 51 cm, which suits a table of 74 to 78 cm. Handmade in our own factory in Malmö, Sweden and covered by our 10-year warranty.

Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves our factory in Malmö, Sweden.
Delivery time
Orders to the United States are delivered by UPS, normally 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on this page.
Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 35 to 100 USD per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount before anything is collected.
Custom orders
Anything configured through Design Your Own, with custom dimensions, finishes or materials, is produced specifically for your order and is not eligible for return. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.
FAQ
Oat and Dusk, both Sunproof Fontelina olefin. Oat is a warm off-white, Dusk a mixed grey. Both are solution-dyed, so the colour runs through the fibre rather than sitting on the surface.
Yes. The cover unzips and washes cool on a gentle cycle. Let it air dry rather than tumble drying. The foam core is spot clean only.
Very little fading. The olefin holds a weathering fastness of 7 to 8 and is tested to 1,500 hours of weatherability. The fabric is water repellent and the foam lets moisture pass, so the cushion dries outdoors after rain rather than staying wet.
Yes. Velcro strips on the underside hold it to the chair frame, so it sits flush inside the arms and does not shift in use.
The chair seat is 46 cm and the cushion adds 5 cm, so you sit at roughly 51 cm. A table of 74 to 78 cm gives comfortable clearance.
In our own factory in Malmö, Sweden. Every cushion is cut, filled and sewn in house.
