Tom Candle Holder

Design your own

Description

Tom is a hurricane candle holder in black powder-coated steel with a clear glass cylinder, handmade in Sweden for tabletops, windowsills and shelves. It comes in three sizes, Small at 17 cm, Medium at 20,5 cm and Large at 24 cm in length, all 10,5 cm across, and takes pillar candles up to 9 cm in diameter and 11 cm tall.

The glass cylinder shields the flame from draughts and keeps the candlelight steady, so Tom can sit by an open window or on a dinner table where a bare flame would flicker. One size works as a quiet point of light, and two or three lined up along a table or a windowsill build the stepped row the sets are known for. The matte black steel frames the glow without stealing it.

Like every by Crea original, Tom is designed by Alexandra Pettersson, welded from raw Swedish steel and powder-coated in our own factory in Malmö. The warranty runs ten years, and repair beats replacement here, with the glass cylinder available separately as a spare part. Candles are not included; full dimensions are in the dropdown below.

Durability & Certifications

The Tom candle holder is covered by a 10-year warranty.

Its fully welded frame is made from raw Swedish steel and powder-coated in our own factory in Malmö, Sweden. Every candleholder is inspected by hand before it ships.

The removable cylinder is made from clear glass and is available separately as a spare part, so a broken glass never retires the candleholder.

Care & Maintenance

Frame

Wipe with a microfiber cloth, lukewarm water and a normal cleaning agent. Refrain from using too acidic solutions as this will fade out the outer protection of the powder-coat.

Delivery, Returns & Assembly

Delivered to your door. 100% free returns on test pieces. Minimal assembly required.

FAQ

Three lengths: Small at 17 cm, Medium at 20,5 cm and Large at 24 cm, all 10,5 cm across. Each size is sold separately on this page, and the same candleholder is also available as a 2-set of Medium and Small and a 3-set of all three.

Pillar candles up to 9 cm in diameter and 11 cm tall. The clear glass cylinder is removable, keeps the candle in place and shields the flame from draughts. Candles are not included.

Tom is designed for indoor use. The powder-coated steel frame and glass cylinder are made for residential rooms rather than weather exposure.

Wipe the steel with a damp cloth and mild soap. The glass cylinder lifts out and can be washed by hand to remove wax and soot.

Yes. The clear glass cylinder is available on its own product page as a spare part, so a broken glass never retires the candleholder.

Yes. Black and beige are our predefined colourways; white and taupe are available through Design Your Own, where you pick the frame colour for any size or set.
