Garden benches, made in Sweden
Two garden benches on black powder-coated stainless steel, welded in our own factory in Sweden. Hedvig has a slatted teak seat, Wilma a seat of Dekton sintered stone. Both come 65, 100 or 130 cm long with the seat at 46 cm, the same height as our garden dining chairs, so a bench can take one side of the table.

Guides
- Garden BenchChoose a teak garden bench for warmth and a silver patina, or a sintered stone seat for no care at all: both 65, 100 or 130 cm.
- Garden Table With BenchesPair a 76 cm garden table with a 46 cm bench that is shorter than the gap between the legs, and put chairs with backs at the ends.
- Black Garden FurnitureBlack garden furniture hides soil and scuffs and goes with teak and stone; it warms in direct sun, so sit on teak, mesh or a cushion, and choose stainless steel under the black.
- Best Wood for Garden FurnitureTeak is the best wood for garden furniture because its natural oils let it last untreated; acacia and eucalyptus need regular oil, and pine needs pressure treatment and paint.
- Steel or Aluminium Garden Furniture? Stainless, Powder-Coated and Aluminium ComparedStainless steel under a powder coat is the metal garden furniture that stays out all year; aluminium is lighter to carry but moves in wind, and plain steel and iron rust where the coat breaks.
- Teak Garden FurnitureGood teak garden furniture is grade A heartwood, FSC-certified, on a frame that cannot rust; it costs more because teak grows slowly and only the heartwood makes grade A.
- How to Clean and Care for Teak Outdoor FurnitureTeak garden furniture needs no treatment: left alone it turns silver-grey, oiled every year it stays honey-brown.
- Bench Size GuideAllow 50-60 cm per adult on a bench, with a 46 cm seat and about 39 to 40 cm of depth.
- Dining Bench With ChairsA dining bench should sit at about 46 cm for a 76 cm table and be shorter than the gap between the table legs so it slides under.
- Weatherproof Garden FurnitureGarden furniture that lasts outside has stainless steel frames, teak or sintered stone surfaces and solution-dyed olefin cushions.
Frequently asked questions
Which length do I need?
A 130 cm bench takes one side of a 160 cm table with room at the ends. 65 and 100 cm suit a balcony, an entrance or a spot by the wall. Wilma in Lunar comes in 65 cm only.
Teak or stone?
Teak is warm to sit on, drains through its slats and weathers to silver-grey unless you oil it once a year. Dekton stone does not fade in the sun or crack in frost and needs no sealing.
Can a bench stay outside all year?
Yes. Both frames are stainless steel under a black powder coat, and both seats are made for weather.
How is Hedvig delivered?
Hedvig ships flat and goes together with eight bolts.
