Description
Ebba in natural oak is the original version of a solid oak bar stool with an integrated wood backrest, handcrafted in Sweden from FSC-certified German oak, in counter height (66 cm / 26 in) or bar height (76 cm / 30 in).
Natural oak keeps nothing secret: every grain line stays readable, and the stool gains character with the years instead of losing it. The low back doubles as the handle you grab a dozen times a day, footrest bars at several heights let everyone settle, and a separate seat cushion is available as an add-on when you want a softer perch.
Designed by Alexandra Pettersson, Ebba is an original by Crea, handcrafted from solid FSC-certified German oak in our Malmö factory, and it arrives fully assembled. It carries 200 kg, is covered by our 10-year warranty and built to be repaired rather than replaced, with spare cushions and parts available long after purchase. The 66 cm seat suits counters of 89 to 92 cm, the 76 cm seat suits bars of 99 to 102 cm, with full dimensions in the dropdown below. Stocked finishes ship in 1 to 5 days.

Wood
Clean down with a microfibercloth, lukewarm water and a very neutral washing agent. Do NOT use acidic solutions.
Our Oak furniture is lacquered with an industrial lacquer that will fade over time. It is a protective layer. By using acidic solutions you will be removing this protection.
NEVER leave metal pans, pots or candleholders on top of an oak top. Oak naturally has tannic acids that will leave a black round mark if you leave metal objects on the surface.
Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves our factory in Malmö, Sweden.
Delivery time
Orders across Europe are delivered by UPS, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on this page.
Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 30 to 90 EUR per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount in your own currency before anything is collected.
Custom orders
Anything configured through Design Your Own, with custom dimensions, finishes or materials, is produced specifically for your order and is not eligible for return. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.
FAQ
The 66 cm (26 in) seat suits islands and worktops 89-92 cm high; choose 76 cm (30 in) for bar counters 99-102 cm. Aim for 23-26 cm between the seat and the countertop.
Yes. Ebba's seat is shaped in solid oak, and the backrest bar supports your lower back while doubling as a handle for pulling the stool out from under the counter. Prefer an upholstered seat? The Ted bar stool combines the same oak with a sculpted bouclé seat.
Yes. The Ebba seat cushion is sold separately in vegan leather or bouclé, so you can add one at any time or refresh the look without replacing the stool.
Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap. The matte lacquer seals the wood, so no oiling is needed; just avoid soaking the surface and keep the stool away from direct heat sources.
Every Ebba seat is rated for 200 kg (440 lbs). It is built from A-grade FSC-certified German oak and covered by a 10-year warranty.
