Assembly
Your stool arrives fully assembled. No tools, no flat pack, no missing screws. Lift it out of the box and put it at the counter.
Try it at home first
Order one before you order six. Buy a single stool, live with it at your own island for a while, and if it is not right for you, email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will take it back with a 100% free return. That free return covers comfort and build. It does not cover ordering the wrong seat height or changing your mind about a colour, which is what our free samples and our chat are there for.
Made in Sweden
Every stool is welded, coated and upholstered in our own factory in Malmö, Sweden. This is a bestselling configuration, so we hold a limited stock of it. If it is in stock it ships within the dispatch window shown on the product page, and if it has sold out we build yours to order first.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order leaves the factory.
Delivery time
Orders across Europe are delivered by UPS, normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Made to order pieces are produced first, and that production time is shown on the product page.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the stool is unused and in its original condition. Email info@by-crea.com or open the chat and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate, typically 15 to 20% of the order value, or roughly 30 to 90 EUR per package depending on size and destination. We confirm the exact amount in your own currency before anything is collected.
Design Your Own orders
A stool configured through Design Your Own with a custom height, or with a finish or material combination we do not keep in stock, is built for that one order and cannot be returned. Order free samples first, or ask us in the chat, and we will help you get it right the first time.
The Otto Outdoor Bar Stool is built on the same fully welded stainless steel frame and Grade A plantation teak slatted seat as the Per, with integrated armrests added for lateral support and a more enclosed seating posture. The armrests are capped with teak, keeping the material language consistent across the entire piece. Available in counter height (66 cm / 26 in) and bar height (76 cm / 30 in).
The stool has a fixed seat height and is delivered fully assembled. The teak seat is slatted to allow natural drying after rain and to preserve the wood surface under direct outdoor conditions. The armrests provide support and a natural handhold for moving the stool in and out. A seat cushion is available as a separate accessory and can be removed and stored independently of the stool.
