Kenny's arms sit at 49 cm, so the 45 cm Algot Medium or the ø80 cm Leo at 47.5 cm suits it. The same rule indoors is in the side table guide.
How high should an outdoor side table be?
Level with the arm of the chair, or up to about 5 cm below, so your hand drops onto it without lifting your elbow. Next to a seat without arms, aim for about seat height.
Which table beside which seat?
Beside a lounger, lower is better: lying down, you reach across, not down to a tall table above your shoulder. Our lowest tables are the ones for Bazo.

How big should the top be?
Big enough for what you put down, small enough to walk round. Outside that is usually more than indoors: a jug, two glasses, a book and sun cream. Our smallest outdoor tops are ø70 cm on Leo, 65 x 55 cm on Anton and 65 x 55.5 cm on Algot Small.
That is larger than an indoor side table, and outside it is an advantage: one table between two chairs or two loungers serves both.
Teak or stone?
Algot is teak slats on stainless steel with stainless fixings: rain drains through, and the teak weathers silver-grey unless you oil it once a year. Anton and Leo outdoor have a Dekton sintered stone top that does not fade, stain or crack in frost, on a welded, powder-coated steel frame.
Teak beside a teak chair or Bazo. Stone if glasses, sun cream and the odd hot dish go straight on it. Both stay out all year; lift the feet off standing water.
Can I buy just one?
Anton, Leo and Algot all come as nesting pairs. The smaller table slides under the larger, so one pair is a coffee table on a busy evening and two side tables the rest of the week, one by each chair.

Where does a side table go outside?
Between two lounge chairs, so both reach it. Beside a sun lounger, on the side you do not get up from, so it is not in the way. At the end of a bench by the back door, for keys and a coffee.
