Each By Crea piece is made to order in our Swedish factory, just for you. Simply choose your preferred style, material, and finish directly on the product page. Once you're happy with your custom selection, add the piece to your cart and proceed to checkout. It’s a seamless process designed for a smooth online experience.

Every furniture piece has a detailed description, clear measurements, and customization options listed on its product page. For visual references, you’ll also find product photos and lifestyle images that help you picture the piece in your home. Need help choosing the right size or finish? We accept all major credit cards, Klarna (pay later, pay now, or split), and additional regional payment options based on your location. Taxes (VAT) are included in the price for all EU customers. For customers outside the EU, taxes and import duties may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll immediately receive an order acknowledgement via email. This confirms that we’ve received your order and that your piece is now in our production queue. Please review the details and contact us promptly if anything needs adjusting.

Kindly note: Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or modified, as each piece is custom-made specifically for you.

Every by Crea piece is handcrafted in our factory in Sweden using carefully selected, high-quality materials, including FSC-certified oak, Dekton stone, and durable powder-coated steel. Our materials are chosen not only for their aesthetics, but for their longevity and sustainability.

Accurate product dimensions are listed on every product page under the "size-guide" section. We recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering. If you need help determining the best fit, especially for bar stools or dining chairs, we´re here to help.

Majority of our furniture comes pre-assembled or requires only minimal setup. For wall-mounted pieces or custom installations, we include clear instructions and recommend professional assistance if needed. Please refer to the product page for specific assembly notes.

By Crea furniture is built to last, and a little care goes a long way. We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals, especially on wood and stone surfaces.

Each by Crea piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, production typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on the item and season. You’ll receive updates along the way, so you always know the status of your order.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Depending on your location and the size of your order, your furniture will be shipped via home delivery service, curbside delivery, or specialized freight. All shipping methods are selected to protect your piece in transit.

As soon as your furniture leaves our factory, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your delivery in real time and plan accordingly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the size of your order. For larger pieces or international deliveries, additional handling fees may apply. All costs are clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

On the day of delivery, make sure someone is available to receive the shipment. For larger items, please ensure that entryways and stairwells are clear. If your delivery includes multiple items, they may arrive together or in separate shipments depending on packaging and logistics.

As each by Crea piece is handcrafted to order, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during transit or has a verified production defect. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it, and to inspect your furniture upon delivery. This policy ensures that every piece is made exclusively for you and supports responsible production.

If you'd like to return a product, please email us at info@by-crea.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if requested. Please inspect your piece upon delivery and notify us of any defects or damage promptly, we must be given a fair chance to correct any issues.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

Once your return is received and passes quality control, we will process your refund within 14 days, minus the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Any furniture ordered with specifications outside of our listed finish, fabric, size, or configuration options is considered a custom-made or bespoke piece. This includes custom dimensions, custom stone or fabric requests, or modifications not shown on the product page.

Due to their unique nature, custom orders may require additional production time beyond our standard lead time of 1–4 weeks. Once your design is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery window specific to your order.

Before production begins, our team will send you a final design confirmation to approve. Please review it carefully. Once approved, the piece enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled, as it is made exclusively for you.

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or canceled once production has started, unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit. We highly recommend reviewing all details and measurements thoroughly before confirming your order.
