Description
Algot is a two piece outdoor lounge table set with fully welded stainless steel frames in a black powder coat and tops built from Grade A teak slats. The smaller table nests under the larger one, so the pair stores as a single footprint and pulls apart when you need two surfaces.
The frames are welded through, with no mechanical fittings or moving parts to work loose in weather. Every fixing is stainless steel, so nothing bleeds rust onto the frame or the wood. The teak slats sit at even intervals and let rain drain straight through instead of pooling on the surface.
Teak carries its own oils, which is why it lasts outdoors with no treatment at all. Left alone it settles into a silver grey patina. A coat of teak oil once or twice a season keeps the original warm brown. Algot is designed by Alexandra Pettersson and built in our own factory in Malmö, Sweden, with a ten year warranty. It arrives part assembled and pairs with the Arvid Outdoor Lounge Chair.
“Outdoor furniture usually shouts. With Algot I wanted two quiet rectangles that slide into one another when the terrace is small and separate when it is not. The teak does the warming, the steel just holds the line.”

Care & Maintenance
Frame
Wipe with a microfiber cloth, lukewarm water and a normal cleaning agent. Refrain from using too acidic solutions as this will fade out the outer protection of the powder-coat.
Teak
Our outdoor teak is Grade A and left completely untreated. It carries its own oils, so it needs no lacquer and no sealing.
Clean it with a microfibre cloth, lukewarm water and a very neutral washing agent. Do NOT use acidic solutions.
Left alone it weathers to a silver grey patina. Apply teak oil once or twice a season if you want to keep the original warm brown tone. Unlike oak, teak does not stain from metal objects left on the surface.
Delivery, Returns & Assembly
Delivered to your door. 100% free returns on test pieces. Minimal assembly required.
FAQ
Two tables. A larger one at 74.5 by 65 cm and a smaller one at 65 by 55.5 cm. The small table nests under the large one, or stand them side by side for a 139.5 cm run.
No. Grade A teak is naturally oil rich and resists moisture, UV and rot untreated. Left alone it turns silver grey. Teak oil once or twice a season keeps the original warm brown tone.
Yes. The welded stainless steel frame and teak top are built for permanent outdoor use through rain, sun and frost. A cover over winter slows the weathering of the teak surface.
Algot is part of the same outdoor teak collection as the Arvid Outdoor Lounge Chair, sharing the frame finish and the teak. The two are designed to be used together as a lounge set.
Partial assembly only. The frames arrive fully welded, so you fit the tops. Tools and instructions are included in the box.
No. The frame is stainless steel under a bonded black powder coat, and every fixing is stainless too, so nothing bleeds rust marks onto the frame or the teak.
