Can I change anything in an ongoing order? +

We always do everything we can to make sure to help our customers. If the order has been shipped already then unfortunately we are not able to do any changes at the moment. Where is my order? +

If you have got a tracking email you can easily follow the tracking link to see where your order is located and an estimated delivery time. If you have not got a tracking link yet then your order is still during production and we are more than happy to send you an update regarding your order if you contact us during our opening hours or by email, info@by-crea.com.

Can I change the delivery address? +

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@by-crea.com with your order number and the new address.

What is the lead time of my order? +

Lead times vary by product. You can find all lead times on each product page on our website under the “Add to Cart” button. If an item is backordered, this will be noted on the product page and throughout the checkout process. Should the backorder date be extended, you will receive an additional email with the new anticipated lead time. Once the backorder date approaches, the item will ship within its normal lead time from that date.

All custom, exclusive by Crea. pieces, which require acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions upon checkout, have longer lead times as they are custom-made to order.

Yes, you can preorder items that are marked as backordered on our website. The estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page and during checkout.

How can I cancel my order? +

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@by-crea.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

I can see that my order has been sent, when will it be delivered? +

The shipping time depends on where you live but you can easily check the tracking link to get an estimated delivery time, if it is not updated yet I can promise you that we are doing everything we can to push the freight companies do deliver your order as soon as possible and we will make sure to track your order until it gets delivered to you. If you need personal assistance you can always contact us by email or contact the freight company directly.
