I ordered the Karin chairs and they are the most beautifully crafted chairs. The kind of chairs that can be passed down to grandchildren. I had some issues with shipping and they provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. Nicole was always very responsive, professional, and kind- even when I wasn’t kind. It was so refreshing to work with an actual person (the same person) every time, and not have to deal with hours of waiting on the line for customer service representative. I can tell they truly care about their customers. I immediately purchased more chairs after their arrival, and would continue to support this business. Worth every penny and more!
